  • Water & Sanitary Connection from the Edge of the Boundary to the Line are As Per Actuals.

  • One Point of Electricity and Water Needs to be Provided by the client to Facilitate Construction.

  • If Basic Price Of Material Is Increased By 2%, The Difference in Amount Will be Charged Accordingly.
  • Delay in Work Due to Payment Issue, Client Is Wholly Responsible.
  • Running Bill Will Be Submitted After Each Stage of Payment. The Client Has to Make Payment Within 7 Days.
  • Final Payment to be Done in 15 Days After Completion of Work.
