  • Demolition of Existing Building and Clearance, if any.
  • Compound Wall @1950Rs/Rft.
  • Raft Footing, Strip Footing to be Charged Accordingly.
  • Foundation in Loose Soil(Additional Charges if SBC is <180 Kn/M2).
  • Hard Rock And Soft Rock Excavation.
  • Solling and Shoring, if Required, are Additionally Charged.             
  • De-Watering to be Additionally Charged.
  • Grade Slab to be Additionally Charged.
  • Government Fees for Liaison Bodies to be Paid Directly by Client.
  • Complete Fee for Plan Sanction, Road Cutting, Deposits, and Any Corporation-Related Works to be Paid by Client.
  • Panel Board, Cable, Excavation & Panel Earthing, etc. As Per Actuals.
  • Water & Sanitary Connection from the Edge of the Boundary to the Line are As Per Actuals.
  • Bore Well, Motor As Per Actuals.
  • Auto Level Controllers.
  • Submersible Pumps.
  • Rain Water Harvesting and Filtration Pit.
  • One Point of Electricity and Water Needs to be Provided by the client to Facilitate Construction.
  • CCTV Cameras.
  • Back Up Power, Lift and Provisions for Lift to be Additionally Charged.
  • Defect Liability Period – 12 Months
  • Waterproofing Warranty – 10 Years
  • Structural Warranty – 60 Years
  • We can Offer Complete Liaision Services With BBMP, BWSSB, and BESCOM at Actuals.
  • If Basic Price Of Material Is Increased By 2%, The Difference in Amount Will be Charged Accordingly.
  • Delay in Work Due to Payment Issue, Client Is Wholly Responsible.
  • Running Bill Will Be Submitted After Each Stage of Payment. The Client Has to Make Payment Within 7 Days.
  • Final Payment to be Done in 15 Days After Completion of Work.
